Our story

Eight years grilling for Heathmont

Embers Grill & Burger has been serving Heathmont for eight years. We reopened just before COVID hit, and like a lot of local restaurants that knocked us around. This year is about being back on top of things and getting our name back in front of the people who already love the food.

We're the addictive grill. Every meal pack is designed with the healthy eating pyramid in mind, portioned with protein, salad and brown rice, or hot chips for that naughty itch you want to scratch. We're also experienced caterers, so ask us about a customised menu for your next event.

Three steps to your plate

Every hot plate goes through the same three steps, whether it is a burger, a skewer or a whole chicken.

Choose your grill

Beef, pork or chicken skewers, salt and pepper or Mediterranean calamari, or a quarter, half or whole chicken.

Pick your basting sauce

Lemon, garlic and thyme. Smoky BBQ and maple. Satay. Peruvian spice rub. Or Embers Hot sauce, for those who want it.

Watch it come to life

Cooked to order over the hot lava rocks, served with a fresh market salad and your choice of rice or chips.
