Our story

Eight years, and still the addictive grill

Embers Grill & Burger has been part of Heathmont for eight years. We reopened just before COVID hit, and like a lot of local restaurants, that knocked the wind out of us for a while. This year is about rebuilding, getting back in front of the regulars and the new families discovering us for the first time.

We're still the same addictive grill: burgers, skewers, whole chicken and calamari, basted in our own sauces and cooked over hot lava rocks, with fresh salads made daily. A place families come back to, again and again.
